Our Bodies’ And Their Inner Dynamics

Our bodies; are made up of layers of skin and flesh, but have you ever tried to be inside your body and witness and speculate there inner dynamics of the interior. When, I say dynamics – I mean the workings of courses it has its own processes and pace it works at. Our heart is the center of all body and this vascular motion of the circulation of bloods. Did you know that our body, is comprised of various systems which help our bodies function and retain the energy and pace we follow in? The systems within our body comprises of 7 such they are, namely; the circulatory system which is the job of moving blood, oxidants and nutrients through the blood stream, the endocrine system is the part that controls all hormones, whereas the immune system protects the body from harmful bacteria. The nervous system controls all ligaments and movements of our body’s nerves and bony structure. Hence, the respiratory system is in charge of our inhaling and exhaling duties. The reproductive system are the organs which help human beings reproduce.

About the digestive system

The digestive system however; is unique and one of a kind, it helps us break our food down to minuscule pieces which is eventually absorbs into our bodies as a form of energy- therefore feeding our body is an important process which many need to focus on thereby limiting the various mounds of heartburn medication

And many trips to the doctors for IBS medication in Sydney which often are the results of mainly the intake of carbonated drinks and “gassy” foods; this type of “bloating” in fact; does not – consist of anything that is fatty and acidic, it merely is the state of filling your stomach with gas, but gives the feeling of being “full” hence; the illusion of being actually empty stomach which do cause sever tummy cramps and the illusion to the enzymes makes it difficult for the victim

So, who faces gastritis?

Many individuals – most of us in fact have gone through the pangs of gastritis as it is definitely one of the most known and well accustomed to by others. For some it can just be a minor cramp and then – to others it is the worst pain in the world – thereby making it only treatable by medicines such as; omeprazole and gaviscon are such two examples; although there are various other many drugs which induce the lessening of the digestive juices to come and secrete. It is an understanding and doctors advise their patients to stay healthy and keep themselves fit to ensure lesser sufferings.

Helping Your Loved Ones Get Over Their Grief

Life is an unpredictable thing. When you finally feel like you got the hang of it and start to make plans something happens that will change the course of your plans and you are left wondering what to do or even think. It may seem to be a complex mess of events that id out of your control. You may feel like can never get to the steering wheel and you will always be a person on the passenger seat. Whatever you feel or however you interpret it we cannot change some events in our lives. Pain is very real and however much we try to avoid it or run away from it simply catches up on us.

So since running away is not an option what can we do to help ourselves and our loved ones get over this sudden changes in life? Especially grief.

There are different ways in which you can help others deal with their grief. Different people handle pain and grief differently and the way they may respond to help may also differ. For an example if he or she is a very independent person offering to help them may cause them to think that they are dependent on someone else. This will bruise their ego and make them to withdraw in to themselves more. But there are basic things that you can do to ensure that you are offering them some form of comfort.

First of all don’t say anything. When disaster strikes sometimes we don’t know what to day immediately. It can be a very sudden event. One moment you are ok and the other you are not. One moment you are happy and your family is well off and the next moment it is scattered and divided with grief. So in such moments you should choose your words carefully. People have their own way of dealing with pain and our role is to make it easier for them to deal with it rather than make it worse. So when bad news hits what you have to share their grief silently with them. Words does not matter. It is your presence that really matters.

You must help them fill their void and get their day to day activities done. If they are physically disability there are certain disability services in Adelaide that are available to help those who are struggling with a disability. They can live the independent life they led but with a bit of extra help that one should never be ashamed of. We all need help and if your body or mind needs help it is ok to go get that help.

The disability service providers cover a wide range of daily needs like helping with the household chores to helping you to get to the toilet and hygiene needs.

After helping them to get back on track you job is not over. You must constantly check in on them. There can be lapses and they can go back to a worse scenario than the previous.

Another thing that you have to do is to make sure they get professional help if you think that they need it. Most people don’t like to be going to a professional therapist or a doctor because that lowers their self-esteem thinking there is something seriously wrong with them. But you can make it informal and not a big deal. Everyone needs help and if they don’t get it it is our duty to help them get it.

Sports First Aid : Adhesive Tapes And Strapping

Sports injuries occur in athletic activities. They can result from acute trauma, or from overuse of a particular body part. Traumatic injuries can include bruise, straining of muscle fibres, sprain. When soft tissue experiences heavy trauma, inflammation occurs and shows up in the form of accute pain, and sometimes localized swelling. One may also experience heat or loss of function of that part of the body.

Many taping techniques are used by most physiotherapists, sports therapists and also athletic trainers to treat, support and also prevent sports injuries. Sports physio in Brisbane regularly use tape in strapping and taping techniques on professional and recreational athletes in the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries. Sports Tapes are used to give the much needed support and to injured joints as well as soft tissues.

A variety of sports use taping to prevent injury. In karate, the foot is taped to prevent injury. Adhesive tape is often used to help athletes recover from ligament sprains of the ankle or to help prevent further injury. Ankle strapping is becoming a ritual for many sports players to support and protect the ankle ligaments. Sports most commonly associated with ankle sprains include basketball, football, baseball and soccer.

Various taping and strapping materials can be used depending on the type of tape job required.

Basically three types of sports taping and strapping is used in the sports industry. They are Zinc oxide, elastic adhesive and cohesive bandage.

Zinc oxide tapes are standardly white coloured or occasionally tan or brown colored, not very elastic and rather sticky. It is known to have different types of applications, they have their set of disadvantages particularly limiting joint movement or making sure that the skin does not blister. It is advised that these tapes should seldom or never used with or on muscles that tend to increase mass and volume over the course of the sport as it may lead to sontriction of blood viens.

Elastic adhesive bandage is an elastic material type tape that is adhesive and will stick to skin. Used before, during or after activities, they can help relieve muscle pain, promote the healing process and prevent injuries. It not just increases the rate of blood flow to both muscles as well as joints, but also does soothe highly overworked muscles and also helps in strengthening both weak and fatigued muscles.

Cohesive bandage is an elastic bandage which will stick to itself but not the skin. It does not have any sticky or adhesive layer to make it stick to the skin. They come in a variety of colors and are very easy to tear with fingers. These bandages are used for many purposes such as wrapping of joints and for compression purposes to treat injured joints and muscles.

To restrict joint movement, use a rigid strapping tape. To compress and support joints or muscles, use an elastic adhesive bandage.
End-To-End taping technique is the most common type of technique if you want to make your application last. Another common technique is the centre taping technique where the tape is applied over the point of pain or joint.

The use of sport tapes should always be done under medical supervision. You can buy sport tapes online along with an instruction guide for application but it is always better to ask a physical therapist for recommendations.
